This hotel was the absolute nicest chain hotel we have ever stayed in. We use these types of hotels for our National Parks trips and this Home2Suites was amazingly clean, spacious, and well-appointed. The gym was brand spanking new! The breakfast was plentiful and delicious! The staff were always available and so helpful. Even the hallways and stairways smelled new and clean. Truly, I cannot say enough how pleased we were to make this our home base for exploring Carlsbad Caverns and Guadalupe Mountains National Parks!

The hotel is very easy to reach and within a short driving distance of the restaurants of downtown Carlsbad. There is even a brewery next door! The hotel staff made us feel welcome and provided us with free water upon arrival. The room itself is very large, with a nice sitting area and a large and comfortable bed. The shower was also good, though not ideal for people over six foot two (190 cm)! We slept well with minimal street noise.

The rooms were spacious and very clean and comfortable. Fatima at the front desk was especially helpful. She helped us plan for our trip to the Carlsbad Caverns the next morning and recommended a terrific restaurant in the area for dinner. Hotel is very convenient for the Caverns.

This is incredible value for money. The rooms are clean, staff is very friendly, they give out complimentary pods for washing clothes, even the gym has almost everything you need. The breakfast is surprisingly varied for the class of the establishment.

Clean and conveniently located. Had two beds and a sofa bed. Full size refrigerator. When there was a mixup over our reservation, I was told the manager was contacting booking, but not to worry, they would have a room for us. Also, they let my daughter in the room before we arrived an hour later. Good service.

Good location and service. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The hotel also has a decent breakfast with multiple options. Shoutout to Savannah for her helpful service.

beautiful, new property. Awesome waffle and oatmeal bar with lots of toppings. Fatima checked is in and have us lots of tips about visiting the caverns and ensured we had a reservation already, as they were sold out. Comfortable beds! Quiet, couldn’t hear the neighbors.

This hotel is well-managed and was in better condition, and cleaner than the upscale hotel we stayed in at Santa Fe. Our room was spotless, and so was the rest of the hotel. Shower pressure was great and the water very hot. Great location if you plan to visit Carlsbad Caverns!

Location ‘out’ of town, easier access to caves. Spacing in Lobby for BF and soft music. Staff. Hubby slept well which is unusual. Comfy soft sheets but were hot poly/microfiber. K’ette to eat leftovers. Hubby loved tv system. One of best he has ever had (he travels). Shower ok. Less pressure than many but not bad. Good counter space. Big bathroom. Bf ordinary. We’re tired of this type but glad to have it. Soupy oatmeal precooked items. Well lit parking.

Breakfast was excellent! Waffles, muffins, fruit, prepared warm breakfast sandwiches (protein)! Wonderfully cold milk was refreshing to everyone, good prepared coffee, there were plenty of options and condiments to make everyone in my family happy. Front desk staff was great help and quick to supply missing product from my kitchenette.
